Upgrades/Downgrades
You will need to contact billing to have an upgrade or downgrade done on the account. They will process everything for you.
Upgrades/Downgrade costs are pro-rated. So, you only pay/get credited for the difference in cost over the remaining time in your billing cycle. For example:
You are on Medium for $10 per month.
You would like to upgrade to Large for $20 per month.
You're currently on day 15 of a 30 day billing cycle when you request the upgrade.
The difference in cost between the two plans is $10.
There is 15/30 = 1/2 of the month left.
So, $10 * 1/2 = $5 for the upgrade.
