I've been a ASO customer for about a year now. I have been extremely pleased with the service and support. Although I have been involved in the hosting industry for many years, as a customer, reseller, tech support person, and server owner, I have never used Cpanel/WHM. This has been a great learning experience for me.

Now I have a VPS, and I have discovered that the official Cpanel/WHM documentation is sparse and redundant. By contrast, the ASO Wiki contains some valuable information by AndrewBoring, which has helped me tremendously in getting started. But I have still bothered tech support with a myriad of questions which I could have handled myself, had I known how. So I will join Andrew in getting some additional documentation here in the Wiki for VPS users.

I appreciate ASO giving users the opportunity to help create the documentation. This Wiki is a great resource. :)
