How do I Install an SSL Certificate

Short answer: you don't.
Send it to Technical Support for proper installation.


ASO Tech Support will need to prepare your account with a dedicated IP address before you can install your certificate. If you have already generated the private key and CSR, then all you need to do is submit a ticket∞ with the certificate and your domain name.

If you are moving a site from another host, then you'll need to submit a ticket requesting the IP address, and include the certificate as well as the private key. If your previous host was a Windows server, this key/cert may have been exported as a .pfx file. Submit a ticket∞ with the .pfx file and the Import password used to generate the file.
