Additions:
ASO servers run a backup script once per day to create a full cPanel backup of each account on the server. Each backup is overwritten every 24 hours. Send a ticket to tech support if you need to see what backups are available for your account.

cPanel Full Account Backup

A full cPanel account backup creates a single file with all of your website files, databases, email accounts, cPanel configuration, Fantastico installation data, and more. This single file can be uploaded to any cPanel server and restored so that the account will function exactly like it did at the time of the backup.

To create a full account backup of your cPanel account:

1. Login to your cPanel control panel
2. Go to Files and click on Backups
3. Click on Download and Generate a Full Account Backup
4. Enter the information and click Go.
5. When the backup is finished, you'll see a link to the file name that you can use to download to your computer.

To restore a full account backup:
1. Login to your cPanel account using FTP, SFTP, or cPanel File Manager.
2. Upload the backup file from your computer.
3. Send an email to help@asmallorange.com (or submit a ticket).
4. In the ticket/email, give support the location of the backup file you uploaded and ask for it to be restored.
5. Support will let you know when it's complete.
