I haven't received my Welcome Email yet!


First, has it been 24 hours?

If so, please check your spam/junk filters. Sometimes, the Welcome Email will be flagged as spam.

If you used a Yahoo, Hotmail, Comcast, AT&T, or Verizon email address for sign-up, you may wish to login to the Billing/Customer area and add a Secondary Email Address to your account. Frequently, these service providers block email.

Did you sign up using an address on the domain that you are moving to this new account? If so, we highly recommend that you use an email address not on your domain. If you switched nameservers (for example) and you haven't set up the email address on your new hosting account, the welcome email will bounce.

Did you use a Challenge-Response System (eg, Boxtrapper) to filter spam? If so, you are blocking all email except when a human being explicitly replies to your notice. Our billing system is not a human being, and will never verify itself as a human being. You will need to whitelist billing@asmallorange.com to receive notifications.

Finally, if all else fails, submit a ticket to Billing and we'll let you know if the account has been set up, resend the welcome email, etc.
