How do I upgrade/downgrade my Shared Hosting?


Very simple. Just submit a ticket to Billing. We'll handle it for you.

If you are upgrading to a larger shared hosting plan, we'll generate a pro-rated invoice for the price difference over the remaining time in the billing cycle. If you are downgrading, we'll credit you accordingly. Be sure to review your Paypal subscription and cancel it if necessary. You can start a new one at the new rate on the next invoice.

If you are a reseller, we'll upgrade/downgrade your entire account space so you can allocate space/bandwidth to your accounts as necessary.
You can review your options here. Please note, do not go through the sign-up for an account upgrade. The sign-up wizard is only for new accounts.
