How do I upgrade/downgrade my Shared Hosting?
Very simple. Just
submit a ticket∞ to Billing. We'll handle it for you.
If you are upgrading to a larger shared hosting plan, we'll generate a pro-rated invoice for the price difference over the remaining time in the billing cycle. If you are downgrading, we'll credit you accordingly. Be sure to review your
Paypal subscription∞ and cancel it if necessary. You can start a new one at the new rate on the next invoice.
If you are a reseller, we'll upgrade/downgrade your entire account space so you can allocate space/bandwidth to your accounts as necessary.
