What is your Refund Policy


Our refund policy is pretty simple:

We stand by our quality by offering a full 30 day money back guarantee on all plans. 
In addition, if you ever wish to cancel after this time, we will fully refund any hosting payment made within the last 30 days.


However, some scenarios require elaboration:

Any payment made within the 30 days prior to canceling can be refunded.
Any payment made longer than 30 days prior to canceling will not be refunded.
No domain purchase will be refunded.

If you are billed monthly, we will refund the most recent monthly payment if you cancel anytime during that month.
If you are billed annually, we can only refund the full payment if you cancel within the first 30 days.
We cannot offer pro-rated refunds (eg, six months of unused hosting service).

The only pro-rated refund/credit option is for customers who have paid more than one month in advance and are moving to a VPS or dedicated server. In those cases, we will pro-rated unused hosting portion back to the account after the customer has canceled the shared hosting packaged.
