Cancelling
If you're considering it, please think of staying. We like our customers and we'd like to keep you on board! But if you must, you'll need to contact billing to have this done. There are a few things you should know:
- Cancellations are done at the time of request. So, if you need some time or want to wait until the end of your billing cycle, you should contact billing only when you're ready to do so.
- We'll need to verify who you are so no one tries to cancel your account maliciously (people have tried!). If you're paying with PayPal, we'll need a transaction ID from a recent payment to us. If you're paying with a credit card, we'll need the last 4 digits of the card we have on file. If you don't have that information, we can verify your identity in other ways, but that's the easiest.
