There you can change the email address, mailing address, phone number, and more for your billing account. But, there are two things that billing will need to do for you:

Account Information and Billing Method Changes
Most of the information on your account can be changed on your own, but there are two things that billing will need to do for you:
- The name on the account - For whatever reason, Modernbill dictates that customers cannot change their own names in the system.
- Billing method - If you want to switch to/from a credit card, PayPal, or a Check/Money Order, billing needs to do this for you.
To get either of those two resolved, just send in a support ticket to billing. They'll get it change for your ASAP.
